Frequently Asked Questions
Complete (as we like to refer to ourselves) is a mobile supervision workspace designed for all mental health professionals engaged in the clinical licensure process: this includes Social Workers, Psychologists, and Counselors of all types.
Yes. If you have committed to the supervision journey already by beginning the documentation required for your state, we encourage you to set up an account and begin interviewing potential candidates. Your state may require that you submit a supervision contract prior to beginning supervision.
Not at all. Complete is a comprehensive supervision workspace which offers multiple benefits to supervisors and supervisees, such as customizable profiles, telecommunication capability, and documentation.
Yes. Community members have the ability to track completed supervision session hours and access recorded sessions.
Supervisors:
3 mos, $15/mos ($45) | 6 mos, $12/mos ($72) | 12 mos, $10/mos ($120)

We understand that the supervision journey begins with supervisees who are seeking a simplified and safe method for of researching, interviewing, and meeting potential supervisors. Once a supervisee initiates contact, a supervisor is at liberty to connect and to further engage with that supervisee as needed.
Absolutely not! Complete Supervision was designed to take the guesswork and inconvenience out of clinical mental health supervision. Counselors, social workers, and psychologists are invited to utilize the platform for their professional supervision needs.
The question of caseload is left up to each individual supervisor, based upon their professional judgment and schedule. Supervisors are encouraged to explore options such as group supervision, as the Complete platform does allow for this.
Complete bills its community members one low monthly rate, much like a subscription plan, based upon their status as either supervisors or supervisees. Supervisors, on the other hand, establish their own hourly rates for services as well as payment methods. Payment for supervision is not available through the platform.
The video introduction is a special feature of Complete! This is your opportunity to be known and to showcase your unique personality and style. Please keep videos professional and easy-to-follow.
Absolutely! Complete exists to make life easier for you. We encourage those who currently use other, more ancient services to step into the bright future of clinical supervision!
No. This is one hallmark of Complete, which recognizes that supervision relationships go through unexpected changes. Community members can access reports documenting completed sessions on the platform. While Complete cannot ensure board acceptance of any non-board documents, they do exist as a LOGGED AND APPROVED account of hours completed through the platform.
As a new platform, we understand this frustration! If this happens, you may log into Completesupervision.com from any device to access your account. Please also contact us through the site to report any malfunctions. No need to leave death threats in your reviews! We actually want you to have an excellent user experience.
Sorry, we do not offer refunds.
We aim to reward supervisees! This has to be one of the most exciting features of Complete. Details are forthcoming as we track growth and progress. Our goal is to begin incentivizing our supervisees upon reaching and maintaining the 3500-member mark (non-trial memberships) for a period of three months. For every month thereafter in which we maintain our milestone target, we will return a portion of our proceeds back to the supervisee community, and we will continue to give back as long as the site maintains its target! This is our way of thanking our community while celebrating the mental health profession.
