How It Started

Complete Supervision is the vision of Dr. Latasha Rivers. Dr. Rivers is a licensed clinical social worker, trauma therapist, health educator, and supervisor with nearly 25 years in the field. 

Complete Supervision was developed as the much-needed solution to common supervision challenges: laborious searches, lack of direction for vetting, relationship misalignment, and lost or unaccounted-for hours. Dr. Rivers recalled her journey, which was prolonged by disruptions. Over the years, she listened to others share the same concerns.  Complete Supervision was born, undergirded by the motto: “Deal earnestly, live purposefully, give generously”.
